You have marvelous taste! I’m in the middle of falling in love with Vonnegut, as a matter of fact. And bananas ARE disgusting, unless of course they’re caramelized in the banana brown butter tart at Herbsaint. I swear it’s one of the greatest desserts I’ve ever eaten at a restaurant – the crust just collapses in your mouth, and the brown butter gives it a kind of depth.
And there is not a hint of yucky banana-esque mushiness.
